| TAPA Hawk Freight Logistics are one of only a few freight forwarders WORLDWIDE to receive a Class A accreditation from The Transported Asset Protection Association Europe (TAPA-EMEA). Hawk are proud to be awarded this achievement following a rigorous procedure where our security systems have been tested against the very toughest criteria laid down by an organisation protective of its reputation, professionalism and drive in the pursuit of a secure global supply chain. Once Hawk in the UK have successfully and securely brought your cargo into the country, final delivery to your door is handed to SAS to ensure it is door to door secure. What does accreditation mean?Membership of TAPA in itself does not necessarily mean that this member has accredited facilities. Accredited facilities are those that employ security procedures and systems that have been audited by TAPA and found to be of an acceptable standard for TAPA accreditation.Accredited facilities fall into 3 categories; Class A - those facilities that have and have proven to apply the very highest levels of security Class B and C have lesser standards of security. With only about 170 class A facilities worldwide with just 35 in the UK you can see accreditation is not given lightly and continual monitoring ensures approved standards are maintained.
